We have two types of batter. Our Giant Joe
batter is impressively light and crisp that
will cook up golden brown every time, even
with dark oil. These natural fillets have
great texture and plate presentation. We
also have a traditional batter that is one of
the lightest in the industry, so you get more
fish, and less batter.

Since 2016, AysénCoho has focused on Coho
salmon farming in Chili. This coho is similar
to wild sockeye with an intense and unique
red colour but with a mild & clean flavour.
CEDAR PLANK
We’ve placed a filleted portion of Atlantic
Salmon on a pre-soaked cedar plank. All
you have to do is thaw and place on the
grill or in the oven. In minutes you’ll be
ready to serve a succulent entrée of
Atlantic salmon, delicately infused with the
taste and aroma of cedar wood and spices.
